The third passenger ship named with working name Nb. 010 was launched in Radež's port Bristva end of 2011. The hull with superstructure was fabricated built for the company "Omiški gusar" doo from Krilo Jesenice.

It will sail under the name "Spalato" as a tourist cruiser  in the waters of middle and south Dalmatia.
The ship's biggest draft dead-weight is 70 mt, gross register tonnage 240. Ship weighs 120 tons, is 36.7 m long, 7.6 m wide and has been registered for 36 passengers and 6 crew members.
