Linkspan for Scotland

In the beginning of August 2011 Radež delivered to the new port Loch Ryan in Scotland a 900 ton heavy Linkspan. The Customer of this heavy construction fabricated by Radež in co-operation with Swedish business partner TTS Port Equipment from Gothenburg is the Swedish shipping company Stena Line.

This new port is located 8 km outside of the Cairnryana center which is to be connected whit a shorter route with Belfast in Northern Ireland this autumn. The trip with Stena Line, having speed of 27 knots, will take 2 hours and 50 minutes. The port is intended for passengers and vehicles and Radež fabricated the most challenging part of equipment of this 200 mil. £ worth project the equipment, that is, the equipment for loading and unloading of vehicles.
