The Main workshop consists of two parallel halls abt. 350m long (20 and 16m width) and cranes with capacity 5-40 tons. Production process starts from one end of side hall where steel plates are stocked. Material moves toward CNC cutting centres. Next step follows at the main hall with 400 tones press if bending required. Production is followed by preassembly and assembly as well welding beds toward the end of the hall where final structure comes out. Blasting and painting are last operations before final assembly all parts into single product ready for delivery.

Welding is perfomed mainly semi-automatic with CO2. The workshop is suitable for fabrication of Hatch Covers, Ro-Ro equipment, Car decks and other steel structures as Harbour and Shipyard cranes. Components which sizes exceed hall geometrical limits (wide and high) or those are heavier then 40 tones, they all continue fabrication at Bristva site. Heavy components are moved to Bristva by towing truck and specially designed trailer.

The Cutting workshop is the place where almost every new production cycle starts. It is equiped with numerically controled machines with plasma and gas flame cutting. All nesting and CNC programs are preparing at Technology department.

The Machining workcenter is capable for any kind of machining operation. The Locksmith workshop has several sections. All are equiped with cranes and machinery for shape and assembling of various ship’s equipment up to 5 tons. Named: Accommodation ladders, Gangways, Proviant cranes, Emergency towing equipment, Mooring equipment, Pilot ladder, winches are only some of them.

Shotblasting hall 14 x 30m with closed system without dust polution. Painting hall 20 x 40m for paint under the controled conditions (temperature and humidity). Both sub-halls are positioned at the end of main workhop hall.

Technical quality of products is constantly examined during the manufacturing process. Inspection starts with received material examination by means of visual and ultrasound check as well check of certification compability. Next inspection follows the dimensional examination then welded junctions examination by means of visual, ultrasound and x-ray check. Surface inspection is perfomed before and after blasting as well after each layer of paint. Final dimensional checking, static and dinamic load, manouvre test are standard routines of Quality inspection department.
