In the past, on several occasions and in cooperation with the Finnish company Konecranes, Radež has delivered container RMG and RTG cranes to the Port of Koper in Slovenia. This time, together with its Slovenian partner, the company Imexa from Ljubljana, Radež delivered a waste collection boat. After sea trialand testing, the work boat arrived at its destination in the home port on December 1st of this year and was handed over to the customer.
This single-hull boat with inboard engines is a design category C, and the construction material is steel. The main dimensions are: length 11.80 m and width 5.40 m. It is equipped with two propulsion engines, each with a power of 198 kW, which achieves a speed of 9 knots. The boat, with a maximum carrying capacity of 15 tons, is intended for collecting waste from ships anchored in the Port of Koper.
This work boat was built in accordance with the regulations and under the supervision of the Croatian Register of Shipping.
