The shipyard in Marghera, part of the Italian Fincantieri group with headquarters in Trieste, is renowned worldwide for building the largest and most luxurious cruise ships. Radež has been successfully cooperating with this economic giant for years, mainly in the production of various subassemblies of superstructure blocks. Last year, the delivery of cantilevers for supporting the balconies was contracted for Nb. 6359, and at the beginning of this year for Nov. 6360. The total weight of these supports is 83 tons. At the end of January, a reconstructed bow ramp for Jadrolinija's ferry Oliver was shipped from Radež to the Viktor Lenac shipyard. Due to the need to increase the reach of the ramp, it was necessary to install a new segment and upgrade the existing one. The old segment had to be adapted in order to install a new segment that folds under the existing one during navigation. KONČAR VACUUM AUTOCLAVES DELIVERED TO CORDOBA

At the beginning of this year, segments of two vacuum autoclaves, P 5754 and P5755, were delivered to the company Končar - MK from Zagreb. After being manufactured in Radež's facilities in Blato, the autoclave parts were wrapped in thermo-foil and loaded onto a Brodospas barge in the port of Bristva. The barge transported them to the Port of Split, where they were reloaded onto a ship that will transport the segments to Spain and to their final destination in Cordoba.
