A little less than a year after the first delivery of 6 main girders for Konecranes ASC cranes intended for the DP World Antwerp Gateway container terminal in Belgium, a second contingent of 8 bridges was delivered to the same customer. ASC cranes ("automatic stacking crane") are gantry cranes that run on rails and are used for automatic stacking of containers in ports with large container warehouses.
